The Script, December 2012 - Issue 12

How did it get so late so soon? It's night before it's afternoon. December is here before it's June. My goodness how the time has flown. How did it get so late so soon? - Dr. Seuss

Welcome to the December issue of The Script.

Yes, it's here! The end of the world, humming of Christmas carols and beginning of India's premier youth theatre festival, Thespo.
Now in its 14th edition, Thespo 14 promises to be One for All and All for One.
15 Performances, 7 Cities and 1 Festival. 11th to 16th December, 2012 at Prithvi Theatre and NCPA.

Here's the lo-down on all that we have on offer at Thespo 14:

Friends Of Thespo (FOT):- Join today! Celebrate the future of youth theatre.

Thespo 14 Schedule:- The festival at a glance

Workshops:- Watch, learn, conquer. Learn the stage techniques you’ve been dying to know, from the experts you’ve been dying to meet.

Live Bands:- If music be the food of love…jazz, blues and grunge must be the garnish. Taking the stage by storm, one tune at a time, watch out for contemporary youth bands at Thespo 14.

Fringe:- On the outside, but never out of sight. The best things come in small packages. How are plays any different? Short plays from all over the country, at Thespo 14.

Platform Performances:- Ma, I want to be a singer. Or a dancer. Or an actor. The performing arts rocket to a new level of interactivity and entertainment.  Take the stage, make your platform worth it.

Plays:- Play. With words. With language. With actions. With characters. Five plays from around the country at Thespo 14.
